Code Board of Appeals (CBA)

The CBA is a 5-member board which consists of professionals from various construction and trade fields. The CBA makes determinations on appeals and variances to the Village’s building and property maintenance codes. The Board CBA also serves as a sounding board for code updates and recommendations to the Board of Trustees. Members serve staggered 5-year terms.
